Spey Shack at 3 Henrietta Street | From 10th July

This summer, Spey Shack takes over 3 Henrietta Street for an eight-week pop-up bringing a slice of Speyside to Covent Garden.

Born in the Scottish Highlands at The Craigellachie Hotel, Spey Shack is built around simple food, strong provenance, and ingredients with a clear sense of place.

The menu is built around Aberdeen Angus smash burgers and lobster rolls made with native lobster with an optional Oscietra caviar upgrade.

Alongside this sits a whisky-led cocktail list inspired by Speyside.

100 Free Burger or Lobster Rolls

To celebrate the launch on 10th July, Spey Shack will be offering 100 complimentary burgers or lobster rolls to the first guests through the doors. Available on a first-come, first-served basis, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
